I have started HQC by Zentiva (tried other brands and it was awful) but is it normal to have immediate relief from this as I only took my 1st pill last night and today after an awful relapse I have already seen an improvement

Hi,

I was given Quinoric after Plaquenil originally disappeared. One week later my stomach hated me even more than usual. Vomiting started as well as bad pain. Persuaded Boots to order me the form you have and not looked back. Sadly though and you may have experienced this yourself I was given Quinoric yet again & again. My point is that pharmacies ask us if we're allergic to drugs which is ok if we say no. But say yes and they don't listen. I had to change pharmacy to one more local who ordered me 6mths of Zentivas. I have tried Black Rock and that also gave me no problems.

Good luck your end,x

I can tell when I miss a dose. The hands are the first to start aching it’s only subtle but it is definitely there.

Yes, I feel the same, each time I take Zentiva brand or even Quinoric I feel immediate relief,

which is very unsual for these sort of drugs.

Even after being on the Plaquenil for more than 3 months i still would feel if i miss my dose.

It’s great if it is, I’m super jealous if that’s the case, this is my 4th try on it and I think I just need to admit defeat. Feel like a zombie!

Hello all from the states. I hope you are all well and safe. I have been on Plaquenil for over 6 years now and methotrexate for my lupus and RA. I have seen big improvements being on these but you must have blood drawn every 8 to 12 weeks to make sure that it is not causing, other problems in your body. I am also in the medical field and it is so important too , please make sure you take it with either milk or food. It will help with any side effects of the medicine, but if you are still have problems with any kind of changes that you feel are not right, please seek medical attention and remember , only you know how you feel and don't let anyone get you down about it.

God bless and be safe to yourself and others. Much love from the states
