Slightly different photo today, it is of my pooches, both of who had horrendous beginnings, living in a cage at a puppy farm and in Tiamo’s case (westie) for 4 years. Tinto thankfully was only a pup when he was sold into a couple who discovered that whilst pups are cute, they are noisy and chew stuff... so he ended up back in a cage. I was fortunate enough to find them and they have given my husband and I so much love... and taught me that we can get through everything. Tiamo is a huge inspiration, she wouldn’t walk on grass when we first got her, and couldn’t bark, and would flinch at the slightest sound. Nine years on she is still nervous, always will be, but she has learnt to live with it, much like we do with our AI conditions. Sadly at the moment we have an extra threat, and we, like Tiamo continue to show strength, but sometimes it is ok to have a little tremble... at which point I pick tiamo up and remind her that she is safe.... much the same as we do on here... if anyone needs an e hug, there is one right here 😊
This photo was taken yesterday just after I had fed the ducks...Tinto and Tiamo were watching the duckie chaos from the warmth of their snug 😁
