Not sure if this is everyone’s cup of tea and apologies to anyone abroad as not sure if you will be able access but I discovered audiobooks on the BBC Sounds app. There are loads of different books, all free and each chapter is between 10 and 15 minutes long so it’s nice for just a wee bit of escapism.
Currently listening to Kidnapped by Robert Louis Stevenson, an oldie but a goodie.
Take care 🙂

Thank you! I just had the text from NHS that says I have to stay on isolation for the next 12 weeks , I live on my own so your suggestion is Brilliant 👍
This has been a salvation for me during bouts of insomnia and sitting in the garden on a warm day. I gave up on Hilary Mantel a couple of chapters in with Wolf Hall so am very happy that I can now listen to her latest novel ! I recommend BBC SOUNDS to everyone at this awful time. Well done Froggie x
Thanks for this. I think I'll love it. I've actually got that I don't read anymore, brain fog has slowly taken it's toll and I only recently realised I'd lost all pleasure from reading for fun or relaxing. Thank you so much for this suggestion 💜
