Restless legs

Dear all, I seldom write on here, but I do read all your posts with interest and sympathy. But today I'd like to offer people some help with restless legs syndrome, which I have had for a long, long time. My husband bought me some spray, magnesium and alo vera, which i started to massage my legs with each night. I can report now that i haven't suffered with restless legs since. Not sure how long that is, but i am now on my second bottle. While i realise this won't work for everyone, if it helps just a few i will be so happy! Btw, i have SLE, shogrens ( sorry about the spelling) osteoporosis arthritis, nerve damage in feet and legs, diabetes, raynauds and various other pains that nobody dies of as my mum used to say! I've had SLE since 1987 and touch wood, still going strong!

I get that like something trying to push through Buckley , but it’s different to the heavy horrible restless legs that I’ve had also 🤷‍♀️

Nice info for something to try greengirls, and glad it’s really helped you and though you say you seldom write , you thought helpful for others. Thankyou 🙏

Hi. Thanks for the info - very useful! I also have RLS and it drives me mad at times. Could you please tell me where to buy the gel, by PM if necessary. Thank you.

Thank you so much. I have had RLS since I had my hysterectomy at 40 . That is 18 years now. I take two Gabapentin at night which helps most of the time but I will definitely try the spray. Where did you get it please? So glad something has worked for you 🙂

Hi, for those that wanted to know more about the spray I use for restless legs, here are the details, both of these are from same company, Seven Minerals, made in the US but sold in the UK by Amazon. 1. Magnesium oil with aloe vera for sensitive skins. 2. Restless leg magnesium spray with organic blend of orange, Underwood and lavender. I hope these help some of you as much as the have me. Let me know how you get on, take care and stay safe!

Yes - it's the magnesium...I've written about this many times on here. Good to see someone else is having success with it...I took mine orally (and have all sorts of oils from Neal'sYard I put in my Eucerin body lotion and massage in for my skin anyway). I couldn't live without my daily magnesium/calcium/Zinc from Solgar or Holland & Barrett... life changing. Thanks for writing Greengirls- stay safe/well as possible x
