Made it back from France!

After a gruelling and at times stressful 700 mile drive, we have made it to my cousins in Cambridge. We were in the car for 14 hours non stop... I sadly haven’t been able to sleep as my adrenaline was pulsing through my veins so as I result, i am in a lot of discomfort. It will pass hopefully pretty quickly but certainly feel as though I have been through the ringer...

But on a positive, i am back in the UK and will arrive home on Thursday ....

They are, every time you leave the house in fact... I think it is a good idea, thé French are just not playing ball...

Was wondering how you got on with the French restrictions and borders closing. All the best now.

They have changed our declaration - it now includes "I have not tested Covid19 +ve and am not quarantined because of contacts" - because, yes, there were idiots of THAT level who didn't stay at home!
