Is this a flare up?

hi,

I intermittently develop small, red, raised "blisters" on my fingers which are painful and feel like a pin is being stabbed into me if touched. Its my 3rd time of having them since my diagnosis of Lupus and was wondering if they are classed as a flare up?

Hi, I wonder if they are chilblains? I get them, and apparently they are part and parcel of my Lupus. They can feel very sore, and also itchy. I've been prescribed a steroid cream, but since being on hydroxy I get them far less often, even in winter. Without treatment they fade away after 2 or 3 weeks.
