Thought I would check in with my wonderful support group 😘
I have so much going on right now and trying to find that happy medium with medication, easier said than done.
I certainly feel more stable mentally and physically on 7.5 mg daily steroids. Still struggling with stairs but I guess I need to take the view that steroids are not going to fix everything!!!!!
Currently getting my Christmas on and preparing to move in the new year. (Again) 🙄. My mum says I never do things in halves . I wish this wasn’t the case but I’m guessing god has his plans 🤷♀️
I do hope you are all feeling well and managing to get your Christmas on too. I have a very excited 6 year old and this is motivating me to bring the Christmas spirit to our house.
Much love to you all.

You’re welcome sweetie. So glad you enjoyed my emoji array. xxx
LL, Merry CHRISTmas (Honeybug-love it!) from me as well. Your tree looks great and children are a great motivator! We put our problems aside for them. Maybe I need to have another baby 👶🏻. J/K- I went through menopause 27 years ago at 34, but I guess I could adopt? (Where would I find the energy? 🤷🏻♀️) But I wanted to compliment you on your tree. I’m usually all decorated by now but am finding it hard to have enough energy to tackle it. I know I’ll get it done, but haven’t yet. But thank you for the picture of your lovely tree. 🙏
Awe , children are certainly a reason to keep motivated for sure. I often ponder if I would cope so well without the children around me. 34 is very young to go through the menopause. I try to look forward and hope one day I have grandchildren.
Oh Lisalou, for sure you will have grandchildren! We just had our 11th grand baby 12 days ago. But don’t rush it, you are in your prime. I know it’s a hard thing to do with all that’s going on, but please enjoy your life.
PS, why are you up so late/early? It’s 9:30pm (ish) where I am, but how about you?
Ha, ha, no, Christmas is definitely not cheap, but they are worth it. ☺️LL, I hope you get back to sleep ok.
I had problems for years. Read about resetting your circadian sleep cycle. Hopefully if you work on it, you’ll be able to reset your’s. I was able to reset mine. Still working on it some. I went from zero to four hours sleep, and am up to 7 to 7 1/2 average. I’m trying to get it up to 8 or 9 hours.
Thank you for sharing this. I’m up for trying anything. When people ask why I can’t sleep I always say I feel like something changed, in my brain . I don’t stress about it anymore, I either sleep or I don’t . I do feel like something needs a reset button.
Definitely needs a reset. I’ve read that the average adult needs 7-8 hours of sleep per night, but we with AI need 8-10 (or maybe it was 9-10? Idk🤦🏻♀️) But definitely, you need to break the cycle you are in.
Beautiful tree Lisa, that must have taken a lot of time and energy to decorate it!. Your amazing with all your coping with and you want to give your kids a lovely Christmas!. I hope you all have a lovely time and hopefully your move in new year wI'll bring you better luck and a healthier year. Xx🌲😍🌲
