A reminder to men who are diagnosed with Prostate Cancer to get checked and make sure that they don’t have the aggressive type of Prostate Cancer. Many Drs may still not be aware of there being two types of Prostate Cancer as Medical Researchers only discovered this in recent times. It was always thought that there was only one type of prostate cancer and that was a slow growing type and men would die of other things rather than prostate cancer.

If any of you hear of a male diagnosed with prostate cancer get him to ensure that he is tested ASSP to see if it is the aggressive form which can kill a man untreated in 18-24 months.

My father died of the aggressive type of prostate cancer as it was not known about there being 2 types then. It is similar to all of the different types of breast cancer with H.E.R.S being the extremely aggressive type of Breast Cancer.

There are new treatments being made available all of the time for cancers. One of them is part of some M.I.R. Machines and it is called Nano Worm technology. These highlight cancer cells and can allow treatment to be delivered just to the cancer cells leaving the surrounding tissue undamaged. It highlights the cancer cells & allows the Nano Worms to reduce the cancer to a minuscule size and medical bodies such as CERN are actively working at smashing the minuscule amounts of cancer left in the body so patients have no cancer left at all.

My daughter made a film sponsored by the Australian Government on Nano Worms as a post graduate study when she was awarded a Science Communication Scholarship. It was made a few years ago and as well as being serious showing key scientists in San Diego working with Nano Worms she introduced humour into the short video to appeal to the younger generation. It is available for anyone to see on line.

It is helpful if you let males that you know who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer know about the aggressive one too and ensure that they are checked ASAP to help them start treatment immediately if it is the aggressive type.

Stay well,

Best wishes always
