Every day, for half of the day, I feel okay enough to do what I need to do. Then out of nowhere it hits me like a ton of bricks. Pain all over, headache, fever. It's so crazy!!!
My legs are throbbing now, tummy cramping fever and headache of note.
This damn lupus, it's so sneaky and unpredictable.

So sorry to read of your diffecties, that is the thing with these conditions they sneak up like thieves in the night, and try to drag you down. Do not let them get the better of you. Do you journal? I ask because if you do, you may find a marker, some pattern that sets these times apart from other times of what you do each day. Like a clue. Then if it is, There may be signs, impending ones that you may be able to re direct, correct, or mindful activities that retrain your brain to help you threw those times. It is all a very big balancing act. I fully understand how you feel, as do many of us here. I hope this helps a bit, and I am praying for you too. peace, blessings thestorm
Hi Blessings101, I hear you. I am the same way. I haven’t had any fevers in a while but I find if I get what I need to get done in the mornings, I leave the afternoon for rest just in case. I even make meals in advance so there is not much preparation just in case. Some evenings I feel fine but sometimes I am drained. I feel for you because I am right there with you. You never know when it’s going to sneak up on you. Hugs, Nan
I do that too Blessings 101, over the weekend I was at a birthday party and I was bragging to everybody about how good I was feeling. Well the day after I crashed and had upset stomach and fatigue all day long even though I didn’t eat anything that would’ve caused my stomach to be upset. I guess I should be more humble. Take good care, Nan
