They generally don’t try you again xx

🙄. Honestly trying to ring them back is a nightmare

The worst thing is when switchboard asks who you want to speak too and you’ve no idea who called in the first place. X

Try the main switchboard and ask for rheumatology appointments. You might get to speak to someone but I will warn you it is near on impossible finding out who called you

If it was to book a follower up appointment you will receive a text with the information. They generally won’t ring you back for that.

Keep your phone on loud incase they ring back.

Does your GP get sent a copy of your blood tests? perhaps you could try ringing there to ask if they have them.
