Not in a good place health wise, but I’ve just managed a whole 30 days 🚭🚭🚭
🎖🏵🏅And you are succeeding as you wait patiently for important consultations. Not easy!
🥰😍😘k
Brilliant - you are doing really well.
Yay!!🥳🥳🥳 I quit ten years ago. Thought it was gonna be impossible, but turns out after the first month it just gets easier and easier. You’re on your way!!
That's an amazing achievement Lisa!. You feel very proud of yourself as your having a tough time health wise too. It will help though so keep going and save you money!. Xx😊💕
Hi Lisalou19, 30 Days is a tremendous achievement 👍 you have a great will power... Go Lisa 🍀☀️💐 x
Yayy! Great going. I gave up for good roughly 10 years ago, and it’s the best feeling. You go 👏👏👏🍀🍀🍀🍾🍾❤️
That’s fab! Well done 🎉🌟💜
Well done LL You should be so damned proud of yourself💃🏻🕺!! Xxxx
Ps hope you feel loads better soon xx
Thank you so much, I did read your comment before I went to sleep last night and I found it very touching. A bit of an emotional wreck at the moment. Thank you for being so kind xx
Stay strong. Great work Lisalou.
Mini celebration time🎉🎊🎈
Keep up the good work.
EJ 😊🌿🌸🦋🙏🤗💗😘😇🕊
Great job Lisa-- keep up the good work - did you use a patch or Chantex I have been using Patch and Gum - been awhile not an easy thing . Congrats Hugs
I had a patch for approx 2 weeks but started having all weird skin issues so I assumed it was the patch and removed it. I do vape when needed and also I have nicotine sweeties but I can feel the craving as almost gone completely xx
I hope you are getting support from others you normally smoke with.
It's not just the chemical addiction. It's a lifestyle change away from the smoking breaks.
Save what you would usually spend to put towards a treat of some kind. It will soon mount up
Well done you. I'm 62 and finally managed to stop smoking 3 years ago after numerous failed attempts. I was given champix by the GP. I did have the occasional lozenge but it was only 1mg. I only stopped those 3 month ago, only had 1 a day but it seemed to be my safeguard. It's not easy so give yourself a pat on the back and a little treat out of money you have saved, you deserve it
Well done
Hey hun, soooooo proud of you 😘🤗🌟
Well done. That's the hard bit. You will probably be tempted but stick with it, it does get easier, plus after 30 days "giving in to just 1" is a big no no ....my first attempt at stopping taught me that one, what made it worse was having the "just one" actually wasn't enjoyable but it put me back, I started again...I did successfully stop the next time ( needed nicotine replacement patches) ....12 years on still stopped and I won't re-start
