Should I be concerned about my high ANA titer?

I am not diagnosed with anything, but doctor has ordered blood work to figure out why I have had fatigue, mouth sores, headaches, swollen lymph nodes and a rash on my neck.

WBC was 4.3

Positive ANA, with a mixed pattern (640 homogenous and 2560 centromere). All the other blood tests which follow a positive ANA test are normal. This is the first test I have had regarding an autoimmune disease.

Hi GhostfaceMcGee!...sounds like we could be siblings! Have a look at Table 5 in the SLE guideline* and see if you recognise yourself...and take it to your GP to ask for a rheumatology referral (if it was GP that ordered ANA). xxx
