Neck pain / weakness tiredness

Anyone else get stiff weak ish neck and a odd swallow im so uncomfortable xxx

Yes, yes I do and it's so strange it's hard to explain. I've been really troubled by this past few months, I've no clue why or what the problem is, GP rubbish but it's getting me down.

It’s a really awkward feeling I can’t explain it closest I get to explaining is if you are on a long car journey and you have to get out of the car to stretch it’s that tension feeling almost weakness lump in the throat feeling x
