Auto immune guttate psoriasis

Does anyone else have guttate psoriasis, I am having major health problems got diagnosis of diverticula and guttate psoriasis,the psoriasis I get are single spot so not a skin problem really had light treatment once when it covered 80% of body, since then just the odd single spot on body horrifically painfull, also getting them on scalp excrutiating pain,also getting told that the osteoarthritis I have in feet an legs I was born whith apparently not spotted because I also had diagnosis of spinabiffida occulta which is now being discounted just told wrong diagnosis, but now also finding impossible to do stairs or hills,had spyros breathing test that was, because my breathing has massively deteriorated that bad,also now had a (cold)for 6months got put on antibiotics not worked,also white blood cells still elevated after14 years now being retested been told probably a(systemic disorder) don't know what this means, now full bloods being retested.because did get negative test result a few years ago , but now getting numb parts of body sometimes left side of skull right hand finger numb at tip, right leg muscle numb,so anyone whith a lupus or similar diagnosis whith the same symptoms would love to hear thanks, I also have (seizures) thanks in hope
