I posted the other day about rashes on my arms and I couldn't get how to put another photo on, so here it is! Is this a lupus rash?
Thanks.

Hi I don’t know if it’s lupus but I have a similar rash that comes and goes that looks very similar to yours. Mine has just gone it was on my wrist and legs. I read that not everyone gets a rash and I know Drs look for the malar rash across the nose and cheeks but not everyone with lupus gets the rash. I don’t have the malar rash but a different one that comes and goes mostly in summer. I hope you get sorted soon as it seems to take awhile to get a diagnosis. I would research lupus and keep a diary of your symptoms and take photos on your phone of any strange or unusual rashes to show them as I did and am now being treated for lupus. I hope you get to the truth soon. Enjoy your Christmas and have a great new year.
Yes I agree it looks very similar to the rash my mother gets. It starts by being itchy and if you do itch you'll get a raised line there. I suggest switching soaps cleaners and such to hypoallergenic or natural for a bit.
Thank you for that and the wishes. Same to you too!
Hello. It could be, I have scle and it is similar to the rash I get. It often forms in a ring as that one appears to be trying to do. The last photo you posted was also similar to ones I get on my neck, arms and legs. Best to let a doctor see it. I use dermovate ointment and, if I get to it quickly, it fades quickly. Otherwise it takes months, but it does fade and it doesn’t scar. Hope this helps
Not a lupus rash. But if it forms a distinct pattern def get checked for both fungus and bacteria. Quick swab even through your primary doc might give you some answers. Also good advice above re: what you’re using on your skin for cleaning and moisture.
