no me either, and in the 30 years I've been ill I have only been given 2 leaflets to help me cope. Still I have my 2nd therapist appointment on 10th January to look forward to. I don't think anyone realises how hard it is to know you are never going to be well again. You keep taking all the medication with all the nasty side effects, have all the surgeries [in my case] hoping it will make a difference and all that happens is they diagnose you with another problem that you have to learn to deal with. and you are not fat you are on steroids there is a difference. I know it doesn't help but a lot of us have been there and come through it. hugs to you XXX
