Intense arthritic pain on one side only ):

Hi everyone! I wanted to ask if anyone has found anything that might help with horrible arthritic pain. I am on Hydroxichloroquine, Azathioprine, Aspirin and Sertraline, but some days (and nights), my right side gets completely out of control: My arm feels so heavy and I can barely move as if I had a stone on top. I usually put on some hot compresses from my hip to ankle, but I was wondering if anyone else has any other remedies as paracetamol doesn't really do a thing!

Sorry I haven't got any useful advice on this - but have you considered also posting on the NRAS HealthUnlocked site? It seems quite active and there are sure to be people with lots of personal experience of arthritis management there? x
