Hi, I’m so sorry to hear of your weight gain and I sympathise with you as I’ve put 3 stone on in a year since my diagnosis. I hate it and some days don’t feel like getting dressed let alone going out of the house ! I look after my husband who has many health issues and some days I cry because I struggle so much to help him. I read with interest the posts talking about low carb diet, I’ve bought the Diabetes Low Carb book so am going to give it a try and see if that will help.
