Please help us support people living with lupus in Wales by signing this petition started by the Pembrokeshire Lupus Group.

We are calling on the Welsh Government to allow people living with lupus and other complex autoimmune conditions to be referred for specialist care, something that is often not happening at present.

A very important matter - specialist care reduces long-term problems and improves quality of life immediately - it is safer

Thank you so much! That’s a great help. I think with this little known illness, it’s up to us, our families and friends with this - joe public don’t understand and so probably won’t sign.

Hello driven

So pleased you found our petition here.

Please encourage your friends and family to sign and share it too.

We need as many signatures as possible.

I have my AM and MP helping me with this, as well as everyone at LUPUS UK.

I really hope we can make some changes for people with lupus in Wales.

Best wishes

Wendy

Paul we need help with our teeth I have Ehlers-Danlos periodontitis but The Hospital in the UK for members is utterly useless if your local authority says no to their request then you get a stupid letter back! Guy's confirmed my type and my Consultant at Guy's told me this yesterday.

I'm sorry but I am not clear on what exactly the problem is. Are you experiencing difficulty getting a referral for specialist treatment for your Periodontal Ehlers-Danlos? Have you contacted Ehlers-Danlos Support UK to see if they are able to offer any support or guidance? ehlers-danlos.org/
