Seeing rheumy tomorrow

Well this time I'm all prepared for my rheumy appointment and it's not going to get sidetracked like last month, (due to panic attack). I've got in my handbag a paper bag just incase of attack, my list of questions for rheumy. Long loose cotton top, long skirt, scarf and head visor ready. Preparation is one key to having some say over this disease. So I'm hoping for a much better outcome from this appointment, rheumy did say that this month I can start reducing prednisolone, hope she keeps to that. I cannot stand my head and the back of my neck sweating so much.

I have an appointment on Wednesday and feel my anxiety building. I wonder if this is a knock on a effect from all the rejection I’ve suffered for years!!!!!

I hope your appointment goes well for you. Remember to take deep breaths if your anxiety starts to take a hold over you.
