Hello and welcome! Hope the diagnosis wasn’t too much of a shock and your symptoms aren’t too bad?

Even though you’re not in uk, you can still get advice from lupus uk and sure US has support groups etc too.

Hi. Yes...was a shock but a relief at the same time. I happened upon this dx by chance but not really know what I mean. Having been diagnosed with Fibro several yeara ago I'd become accustomed to pain. However, it's the change in my physical appearance (skin) that's the hardest to cope with. Thanks for reaching out. Welcome. This is a great support group here. I live on the island of Jersey, Channel Islands and as far as I’m aware there is no support group here, so I find this site very helpful, I hope you do too.
