Hi I have lupus SLE also discoid. I recently joined a swimming pool. Just wandering if anyone knows if it is safe for me to use the sauna and steam rooms available please

I do not see why not Mary, I have been in a sauna, I found it very pleasant for my joints, a moist heat seems to suit me more than dry.

I go swimming, but when I tried the steam room it made my discoid rash much worse. I avoid it now. Everyone is different. See if it suits you.
