There is an article in this months Marie Claire magazine about autoimmune problems it actually discusses the range from Sjögrens to IBS I Was flicking through the magazine in the hairdressers when I noticed it . It doesn’t go into things in great detail but could still help to raise awareness 😀

Try and get a sneaky look at it in shop first , though useful for showing friends and family . Glad you have a diagnosis hope you are feeling well, not knowing what’s wrong is awful.

I know and another biopsy end of this month glad when it's out of the way. Good idea I will have a good look at MC first see what's what😉
