CBD and Lupus

Anyone using CBD?

If so, how's it going?

Not a lot yet, but it's very early days and I'm only taking the smallest doses. One tiny drop zaps a headache for a whole day, so something is going on. As I get braver I'll let you know more

It didn't do anything significant for me, though was quite relaxing. The only things that have helped me so far are steroids and possibly hydroxy.

I found the first brand I tried was good at easing things a lot and definitely relaxes me. I will try the TRUTH brand next. I sent some to my sister in USA and it helps her very much. My much older half sister has fibromyalgia and she put me onto it - I think we all react to different brands so I will work through them! Good luck!
