Diagnosis for RF positive + anti-CCP positive + ANCA positive + Positive MPO .

Hi,

I wondered if anyone here had RF positive + anti-CCP positive + ANCA positive + Positive MPO .

I am struggling to get a formal diagnosis. I have Autoimmune Hepatitis and migrating pain, the pains are not always in my joints they sometimes feel like they are in my arteries, muscles, veins - it's quite hard to tell. They are often accompanied with inflammation and heat. Does anyone have similar symptoms and similar test results?

Hi Lisa - sorry you are going through all this. I believe Anti-CCP positive points specifically to RA - which to me sounds very much like what you are talking about. Heat coming off joints etc and migrating pain can be how it presents. It is a systemic autoimmune disease too - not just arthritis. So it would be worth asking about your symptoms on the NRAS Healthunlocked community too if you haven’t already.

You might want to ask on Vasculitis UK HU also re the ANCA positive result. Could be a mix of connective tissue diseases for you?

Have you seen a rheumatologist yet because we aren’t medically trained here?
