Rash
With lupus it is very common to get all sorts of rashes, sometimes hives & an allergy to UVA & UVB rays from the sun. Try camomile lotion to calm the rash although it won't relieve the itching for long but do try not to scratch just keep applying the camomile. Doctor make give you some cortisol cream etc but some of them do leave scarring on the skin. Also try and leave your bra off for as long as possible. Close fitting clothing can irritate the rash further as it traps the heat around the rash. Hope you get some relief soon x
You could try patting with a cold flannel and keep running it under a cold tap when it gets warm. Pat some diluted tea tree oil on it, or shower with tea tree gel.
When you are completely dry, use a medicated powder, one that does not contain talc as this clogs. Tuck a large cotton handkerchief under the bottom of your bra and spread it out to absorb any sweat.
I find this works well with sweat/heat rash and perhaps would be worth a try for you.
Otherwise you could try anti histamine cream or tablets.
Good Luck!
Is it a flat rash, or is it like blisters. Do you know what shingles looks like?
