Hi, I am wondering how many have been diagnosed with mild lupus and if your symptoms have remainded mostly mild. Right now I have old experienced joint pain and tingling in my foot. I am praying it stays this way.

Curious about this too. As far as I can work out it may or may not. I was diagnosed with mild lupus though was in all out joint pain. The docs were keen to hit it with medication to prevent it getting worse (meaning that it can get worse). Remission may be possible since I'm close in age to the menopause. I guess you don't have many symptoms yet (though worth thinking about if there are more you just haven't noticed) but it is nevertheless a wake up call. Good luck!

I exactly same as you. Started with a blood clot, then joint pains. And now continue feeling in both feet that is going to start again. Also told I was on the lines of lupus. I will have my 1st three months review in a, few days. Let see how far the line I am this time with lupus. :-/

I have Lupas but doctors where I am ignore you if you mention it. Just carry on talking about something else.

Compared to others symptoms that I have read, I think mine is mild. I have joint pain/aches, but usually just one or two places at a time, eg hip and lower back. I dont have the malar rash. Or any systemic symptoms. I do have brain fog big time. I get a fair amount of headaches and migraines.

I only take hydroxychloroquine twice daily, plus the occaisonal paracetomol with an antiinflammatory.

Thank you for replying. May I ask how long ago you were diagnosed?

May I ask how long ago you were diagnosed? This is all new to me and I don't know what to expect.

Hi sflynn

I too have been diagnosed with mild lupus and over the years have developed lots of different symptoms. Despite this I'm still in the mild category after 30 years. This tends to be applied to sufferers who don't have major organ involvement. I've often thought like others how despite being mild you can still have your life turned upside down coping with debilitating symptoms!. Not easy !. Hope the treatment your on is helpful. X

Hi everyone,

Mine is also a mild lupus ..maybe because it was detected earlier.. but still once in a while im having short breathing, dizziness, headache, backpain, and high blood pressure 😔 there's some case they they have it for a long time but didn't know about it ..lupus is a mimic decease that is why it is very hard to detect..i do a lot of readings about their experiences, and my heart broke for them ..to think they are having different kinds of pains and heartache..(emotionally) we need to stay strong ..And pray for each other 🙏 we are blessed we only have a mild lupus condition, but we better learn how to take extra care and see our doctors every now and then .. and let us encourage one another to fight for a good fight .. 👊

#staystrong💕
