Forever developing new ones. Never had allergies before but over last decade they started appearing. Latest is deodorant 😞 Have to go for the 0% stuff.

You may think I'm a total hippy but I made my own with coconut oil, arrowroot and bicarb of soda. Works fine and no chemicals!

I think that at this point in my life if it works use it! I've had this awful thing for 18 years, over half my life so if it works then I'm thrilled for you...I hope it continues too :)

I have tried a few natural ones like the salt stick. Never considered making my own. 😀

I wouldn't know the first thing about this stuff, but I'm glad you're telling me about it.

Hi, because we are never quite sure when we first have Lupus, only when we get enough symptoms to be diagnosed. I can say that Ive always had things like hayfever and mild reactions, but as the years have gone on Ive had more reactions, to a greater range of foods, that make my mouth itch and swell also having IBS irritate my bowel. Many of the food problems are through hidden additives so trial and error is good, make lists. I only wash with E45 products now and use perfume on my clothes not on me. Becareful of washing powders. I also react to bites more often. This all sounds a pain but like all things you do get used to it and the are far more pain foods to use and cook with now.

According to The Lupus Encyclopedia by Donald E. Thomas Jr,

"Although some earlier studies suggested the possibility of more allergies in lupus patients, studies that are more recent have failed to show this association."
