Hot water and redness face

Good day for all

Ism living in hot area where the temperature approximately 50 centigrade so most of water in path are so hot and I noticed the my face redness look similar photosensitive so how i can deal with it

I had lupus from 6 months and iam on hydroxychloroquine 200 mg once daily with regular follow up

Photosensitive rashes are common in lupus and if you are living somewhere with strong sunshine then you will need to take extra precautions.
