Hey all!! :) sorry its been so long with keeping in touch. Just wanted to say I am still doing great, actually even better now that I've chosen this vegetarian lifestyle. I drink bone broth as a post work out. I lost like 15lbs within a month and building muscle YAY!! Other than that. My inflammation is under control. Just a lil anemic but taking Iron Hema-plex Iron supplements 85mg along with my other regular regimen of supplements. (Pro-biotics, Mega-zyme, Turmeric, Milk thistle, Coconut oil, Honey for energy, Fruits,) Minimum sun exposure. Yoga, early to evening Hikes. Prayer, meditation, naps. Ill be 35yrs in a couple of months. I feel privileged, maybe go skydiving or on a short cruise. Anyway, totally trying to live my life to the fullest, improvising when needed. When overwhelmed (menstrual cycle days) I just disconnect with everyone/everything and sleep then boom back to trying to Live. Best wishes to you all. Stay positive and always keep fighting, keep pushing. I know easier said then done but promise if you try, it gets better.

God bless you all.
