Painful muscles

When you take baths, do your muscles hurt bad when you have lupus? And when you don't take a bath

The heat can be a trigger. So, a hot shower or bath could set you off.

When I took a hot bath my muscles started hurting, I didn't know lupus caused that, should I do lukewarm water?

Or keep it short. I took a long shower today and it was too long. Or, just don't do it every day.
