Yes, A&E I would say. Is it your meds or a bug? There are so many possibilities. You need proper medical advice. Let us know how you get on.

"I've been vomiting more than normal"

Vomiting regularly without reason is never normal. Even vomiting regularly with reason is not acceptable when it gets to that stage. You need medical attention and soon.

If nothing else - you will become dehydrated and that is dangerous. But you also need to identify WHY you are vomiting so much and get it sorted out.

Hello. I suffer from dizziness and nausea when I'm in a flare. The nausea can put me off my food. I've been flaring for about 5 weeks now and the dizziness and nausea resurfaced. I have skipped a few meals and lost about 4lb as a result but I don't think I have ever been sick with my lupus. Have you read it's a symptom somewhere? I just can't remember hearing about that very often? If you haven't seen a Rheumatologist yet, have you had any bloods done? Be interesting to hear what others say re sickness. We are all so different with this disease.

You must get urgent advice in this vomiting. Please do.

This site is very helpful and supportive. People want to help.

Also the Lupus UK website has a lot of very good information on lupus, it's symptoms and how to deal with it. Read as much as you can.

But like I said, Ive never heard of being sick as a symptom, you need urgent advice and care.

Let us know what help you get.

"only found bladder infection" - that in itself can make someone with a dodgy immune system very poorly. I assume they gave you antibiotics?

Even when nausea and vomiting is common in an illness, when it is too bad so you aren't keeping fluids down you need medical care or you could become really seriously ill. Nausea is one thing - actually throwing up is another. Just contacting your GP is enough - you won't necessarily need the rheumy.

To hear how it's effected you and your symptoms, I try to read all about it so

Vomiting so much when you are diabetic is particularly worrying - you need to discuss this with your diabetes doctor because maybe there is a problem there.
