Lupus rash on feet! Can you
Hi Lynne. I don't know if your problem is possible. I would also like to know as I also have tiny lumps under feet and some days can hardly walk with the pain.. oh yes I have been diagnosed with systemic lupus 30 years ago and am taking prednisone and chloroquine
I get swollen lumps on my feet (usually one at a time though) and then can't walk properly. They go red and swollen and sore. This is definitely a symptom of lupus (for me). Mine usually go down within 3/6 days after using my walking stick and using voltarol as moisturiser lol xx
Hi Lynne
I sometimes feel anything is possible with lupus! I have discoid and systemic lupus and currently take hydroxychloroquine. I get a rash on my big toes if i'm having a flare and really have to be careful exposing my feet in the sun.
Sally xx
Hi jensen_lynne ,
Yes, it is possible for a lupus rash to appear on the feet. You may wish to have a look at Tiras 's previous posts - he frequently experiences this symptom.
Please see my comments on your lupus fatigue post. You really need to see a medical professional about your lupus symptoms. Let us know when you have.

Yes, I get rashes/blisters on my feet, especially on my right foot. Due to the lupus rashes/blisters I have skin damage. I have had to go completely barefoot for 2 years now. If I do ever try to wear shoes it makes my feet worse. I have to do everything and go everywhere barefoot. My doctor has told me not to wear shoes, and has even given me documentation to keep with me to be barefoot.
There are several pictures of these rashes/blisters on my profile page.

Wow. I thought that I might be one of the very few.. I have this problem a lot. It hurts, burns, and is wildly uncomfortable. It sucks. The only things that have ever provided any relief have been Gabapentin, and over the counter anti burning, anti stinging sprays. The Gabapentin only worked for about a year. After that, no more. I have so many other issues I have just learned to let this go for the time being.
