hi, make sure you let your doctor know and keep an eye on how big they get. lupus attacked my lymph nodes under my arm, they swelled and became very painful. GP ignored me and told me it was a virus. I began to get a temperature go off my food and was admitted into hospital when all my lymph nodes (in the affected arm) had to be removed. The lupus had actually attacked and killed them. Not telling you to alarm you, mine happened because it was left and not treated. So just keep an eye on them X
