Lupus sle and meds

I was diagnosed may 2016 lupus sle, I'm now on 400mg hydroxychloroquine, 40mg cetirizine, 5mg folic acid, 10mg predisilone, 25 mg methotrexate each Tuesday and now started 50 mg azathioprine, anyone else on these ?

I KEEP SAYING THIS BUT IF U ARE ON PRED YOU NEED CALCIUM TABLETS ALSO OR YOU WILL MOST LIKLEY LOOSE BONE DENSITY ie teeth snap off etc THAT IS IF YOU ARE ON IT FOR ANY LENGTH OF TIME

Hi minka ,

Calcium supplements are not always prescribed along with steroids now. Often people are able to get sufficient calcium through their diet alone, without the need for supplementation. This decision is down to the prescribing doctor and based upon the individual and their diet.
