Lupus Rashes?

I often get a butterfly rash across my nose and cheeks but it gets so hot and makes me feel flustered! Anyone experience the same and have any tips re what might bring it on and how to treat it? I usually hold something cold on it...mainly my fingers as I have severe Ryanauds! Thanks 😊

I do suffer the same on my face and I also get patches on my arms and chest which get so hot I too put something cold on it. But sorry I don't know why it happens or what to do!

That's so wild! I thought the same thing, the other day! For me it feels like a hot wind blowing on my face. When I go look at it, I'll have dark red streaks on my face. Either side is possible and which ever side it's on, my ears will be RED and HOT!! They stay that way, alot!
