Pain

This evening around 4 pm I started getting this pain on lower back to my front, also goes down my legs. Both feet n legs swollen. On my left side of my stomach hurts n hard to lay. No Ib nor Tylenol helps. I wish I had something stronger. I took a hot bath, kind of relax me but not all. I want to go to ER but idk.
