I have had back pain for the past week around mid back. Also feeling nauseous, sweats and generally unwell again!!!

I saw doc on Wednesday who said kidney infection but rang today for urine results and they are clear would it still be kidney infection??

Awaiting kidney scan as per rhumatologist

TIA

Just as a precaution, if you have SLE, make sure one of your Doctor/s have done a full run of kidney (blood and urine) tests, some eg's. Urinary Protien/creatinine Ratio, Renal function and electrolytes, , Urine M/C & S. etc.

These are pretty standard SLE preventative medicine type tests, something your Rheumatologist should have already done ?
