I have to agree with you, it has helped me greatly. I don't feel alone with it any more or paranoid ! I have Sjogrens as well as Discoid Lupus. I received the latest magazine from the Sjogrens Assoc. and it had message from a lady who like me has interrupted sleep due to a chronic dry mouth. She is now using Xylimelts. Unfortunately not on the NHS or over the counter as made in USA. They can only be bought from The Mouth Ulcer Shop online or call them. They adhere to the gum or tooth and increase saliva. I have sent for some immediately. Please pass this on. Good luck for the future.
