Funny turn

Has anyone experienced an episode of jumpy, flickering vision with affects to hearing, coordination and ability to speak? this was the most surreal funny turn I have ever known, which lasted at least five minutes long and felt as though my entire body was vibrating and only stopped when I lay down and closed my eyes.

Sounds like autonomic dysfunction

That sounds horrible - I hope you won't be regularly experiencing this. I haven't had this myself but I do get 'funny turns' of various complexions, including vibrating sensations through my lower spine and coccyx. The only thing I've found that helps is drinking plenty of water and lying down, with eyes closed.
