In the legs it is called Restless Leg Syndrome. It is thought to be related to a number of our conditions here. It is a recognised diagnosis now and there is medication for it. Sorry, no idea if it links with torso too. No doubt someone with more knowledge on here will help you.

Sorry to hear you are suffering such an irritating, frustrating condition minka.

I get it too - randomly anywhere around my body but most often in an eye or in my toes (hence my name!). No idea why and mine comes and goes - guess it's a nerve or muscle reflex thing - maybe from compression of a nerve?

I get it in my abdomen. Feels exactly like a baby kicking (but it's not!).

This is often caused by a nutritional deficiency; iron, B12, magnesium, folic acid, zinc or copper are all possible causes. Try a naturopath in your local health store and see if they have a supplement to try. My version of this is here, there & everywhere across my bod...in my case this appears to be related to Dysautonomia & cumulative vascular damage affecting neurology. I've always had myclonic jerks too. My impression is there can be many overlapping causes. 🍀🍀🍀🍀 coco
