Try and arrange someone from your local Welfare Rights team to support you. You can get their number from your local council

I went to citizen advice

A friend of mine appealed, went to court for it and won.

Did they offer to go with you?

I took a welfare rights official, he even pulled the solicitor up on 2 points that they had missed but were crucial for success of my appeal
