We are having a meeting this Thursday 3rd March at 8.00pm in Whiteabbey Methodist Church Hall on the Shore Rd. A Rheumatology Nurse will be giving a talk and there will be a cup of tea afterwards and a chance to chat with other sufferers.

Sorry, I don't think I will be able to attend. However, something that should behelful for those with Raynauds. I found the little nylon buffing gloves (the type you use in the shower) are great for creating friction and therefore keeping the circulation going in the fingers. You can wear the under mittens or gloves. Invaluable and they are cheap!
