Weganers

I have SLE,but before being diagnosed my rheumy questioned weganers,I can't get rid of sinus problems,despite 4 ops and ENT surgeon said surgery won't help anymore as it is a biofilm that had built up in sinuses,just wondered if anyone has weganers and the symtoms also how it was diagnosed,feel there something more to my health problems.
