I lost 8 lbs in 5 days, fatigue is heavy today a little nauseous no appetite, migraine, slight fever and bad night sweats, pain and I cannot sleep at night!!!!!

I would like to echo Lupylass' advice and encourage you to consult your doctor. It sounds as though you may be experiencing a flare.

Sounds like something to do with vasculitis - lupus sometimes causes it and its symptoms are quite 'soft' and therefore easy to miss. Until it becomes more apparent, that is. Monitor your headache - if it gets really bad go to A&E, it might be giant cell arteritis (GCA).

The unintentional weight loss is a clear indicator that something's amiss, go see your specialist and don't let him/her get you out of the door without some steroids and some blood tests done.

Definitely a flare this fog is horrible!! I had a crying spell today because I was just lost! Confused and agitated!! Bed all day now sore and can't sleep, migraine and even the light from my cellphone is killing my eyes actually causing me to feel dizzy and nauseous!!! Ugghhhh
