I'm sorry to hear that you are having such a difficult time at the moment. Have you talked with your GP or another medical professional about how down you are at the moment? Maybe they can offer some additional support and advice?

How is your treatment regimen at the moment? If you feel that it is not effective enough, could you discuss this with your consultant to see what other options may be available?

Thanks Paul, but I have yet to see a Rheumy, only taking Pred every now n then. I have heaps of things wrong with me, and it just gets too much at times.

Have you been referred and waiting for the appointment, or are you still needing that initial referral?

I have to get my ass into gear and get a referral. I'm also scared, I don't want any more diseases. I do have regular EFT blood tests every few months and so far they have been fine. But none since the flare up.

I think it is important that you get a referral. Without a diagnosis you won't be able to start on some treatment that may help to relieve your symptoms and return some quality of life.

hi I know how you feel. really fed up going to work for nothing just spent all day in bed just for going kids sports day headache from hell.. glad its a bit cooler today? kids birthdayparty tomorrow. hate being so ill. grandma invited herslf we do not get on ...

why cant they stay away let me have one day. might be very ill few years or bad skin no hair etc.. people don't understand what we do everyday...

Oh Razoo you poor thing. Feel free to have a bigger rant if you want. Doesnt it just get too much at times. I mean it's not as if it just one disease, it really loves finding extras. Talk about the gift that keeps on giving 😜?

We all feel like you do at times. I dont think there is anyone here who has escaped the blues.

We are all with you honestly. If we are not allowed to moan about this b condition, I dont know who is.

You may feel like you are at the bottom a well with no energy, but trust me, we are all hauling on that bucket you are sitting in and will get you back to the light in no time!

I hope your Doc is supportive and that you have all the medication you need.

Hi Razoo it won't make you feel any better today but I was where you are last year. I could not see an end to it all. I'm in a very different place now. That is mainly down to being part of his group. Keep posting there is always someone here to listen.
