Hi i live in Essex and unfortunately there is no longer a group in essex there is head office and contacts available if you get in touch with head office they can give you some info.

We have a small group that meets in Romford for a coffee and a chat, but unfortunately that is the only support group we currently have in Essex. Depending where you are in the county, the Suffolk group of Cambridgeshire group may be viable options for you?
