Rash

I had sle for two years now and the rash for about 8 years but I have had it bad for about six months now everyday it's there I can't have steroids because they won't me to see dermatology it's driving me mad any ideas welcome

Why can't you see a dermatologist ?

Sorry I miss read that, how long have you got to wait for your appointment, can you ask, wouldn't a photo be enough

Tried asking that but they wont to see it ive been waiting for appointment for 3weeks and that is suppose to be urgent its driving me mad i work in a shop and the comment well there not nice but i was wandering if anyone had any advice

I've recently cut out processed foods and its helped a lot with skin, energy levels and lupus in general.

as well as trying to only use natural oils on my skin and hair.
