hi can anyone advise me on whats good for low calcium. gone very low.

Sesame seeds are very high in calcium in a form that's easily absorbed. I have half a teaspoon a day ground up in a smoothie but you could sprinkle them on whatever you like. Green veg like spinach is also v high in calcium.

Some people get prescribed calcium supplements that also have Vitamin D3 to help with absorption. This might be worth discussing with your GP or consultant?

waiting for a appointment for the endo. another blood text in 2 weeks. already taking calichew and alfacaicidol. low vit d. didn't say what that was.
