Pain on right side that is in my neck and shoulder and goes to my rib cage under my breast area I am a sever so I use this arm all the time

I have gone to a Chioprator and it has helped . Not sure why I am getting this pain all the time? I here clicks in my shoulder and when I move the wrong way my rib cage hurts under my breast area?

It sounds like how fibromyalsia is explained with the neck pain. I have lupus & not sure about the fibro. I have sore cartilage in the rib area, sternum (breast bone) and greater trocanter of the proximal femur. I have read how underwire bras can cause lupus patients problems with pain under the breast area.

But you know all that over use of the arm area sound very suspicious as a cause for some sort of arthritis problem. I take the ibuprofen & generic Tylenol to keep the pain at bay. I also take aspirin sometimes- I switch it up a bit. The ibuprofen &aspirin block prostroglandins which are responsible for the inflammation/pain. I would guess you use some pain relief to see if that helps. And of course generic Tylenol -it's much cheaper in large quanitity bottles. I'm just a lowly xray tech, nothing special Who likes to read medical stuff. Good luck. Diane
